Legal Entity of Public Law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Security Police Department (hereinafter the “Security Police Department”) is a Legal Entity of Public Law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs operating since 2004.

The tasks of the Security Police Department are to protect public order, to protect the owner's property and legitimate interests under contracts or the state orders from unlawful encroachment.
